Flats Mentor Farm, a program of World Farmers, is hosting the second annual Tour de Farm this summer on July 15, 2016. The event will run from 2:00 to 4:00 with involvement from community members, partner organizations, USDA Agencies, and Flats Mentor farmers.
This event is open to all, attendees can expect to engage in conversation about the importance of agriculture and food equity in the state while learning about the Flats Mentor program and how we collaborate with USDA and other organizational partners in the region. Come meet the farmers who grow our diverse, ethnic crops and learn about the impact this program has had on the marketplace from producer to consumer.
