Youth are welcome at the conference and we encourage organizations working with youth to consider bringing them to participate. All youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, visit the Youth at the Conference page.
We are accepting scholarship applications through October 10. To learn more visit our Scholarships page. If you apply for but do not receive a scholarship, you will still be able to register at the early bird rate.
Registration includes all programming on Friday and Saturday; breakfast on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday, receptions on Thursday and Friday, and coffee breaks.Thursday pre-conferences are an additional fee - learn more about this year's pre-conference sessions at the Pre-Conferences page.

A small processing fee charged by the registration site will be added to your registration cost upon checkout.
If plans change and you are unable to attend the conference after you have registered, NESAWG will reimburse your full registration cost minus a $25 processing fee until October 20, 2017. If you request a refund between October 21 - November 3 you will receive a 50% reimbursement. No refunds will be issued after November 3, 2017.
